Mansergh Graham was engaged to lead the landscape and visual components of the Ongaroto Road private plan change, including subdivision concept design and the assessment of effects on landscape character, natural character and visual amenity. Our work included the preparation of a development concept for the site (to demonstrate what could be achieved under the proposed provisions), landscape and visual effects mitigation design, the drafting of the structure plan and associated provisions for inclusion in the district plan, and liaison with Council staff and their expert advisors. The hearing process has been completed, and a decision on the plan change is pending.
